Carrying out expert examination of the state of labor protection and safety of industrial production of the business entity
during the operation of machines, mechanisms, high-risk equipment to obtain the Permit
The examination and subsequent obtaining of the Permit by the State Labor Service of Ukraine is required by Article 21 of the Law of Ukraine “On Labor Protection” and is regulated by the CMU Resolution No. 1107 of 26.10.2011 (as amended). Thus, the employer must obtain a permit to operate high-risk machinery, mechanisms, and equipment.
PROMTEST LLC has a permit from the State Labor Service of Ukraine to perform this examination with a wide range of powers.
PROMTEST LLC will perform an examination of the company's condition for the operation of machines, mechanisms, and the following high-risk equipment:
- equipment related to the production (manufacture), use, processing, recycling, distribution, storage, transportation, application, disposal or neutralization of explosive and harmful substances of hazard class 1 and 2, the mass of which is equal to or exceeds the value of the threshold mass standards defined by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 11, 2002, No. 956 "On Identification and Declaration of Safety of High Risk Objects" (Official Gazette of Ukraine, 2002, No. 29, p. 1357);
- technological equipment and its elements of main gas pipelines, oil pipelines, product pipelines (oil product pipelines, ammonia pipelines, ethylene pipelines), natural and liquefied gas supply systems of business entities and settlements, industrial and inter-field oil and gas gathering systems, oil and gas production facilities, as well as gas-using equipment with a capacity of more than 0.1 MW;
- mining and mining rescue equipment and equipment for mining, transportation, crushing, sorting and beneficiation of minerals and pelletizing ores and concentrates in the coal, mining, non-metallic, metallurgical and coke-chemical industries
- technological equipment for chemical, biochemical, petrochemical, oil and gas processing, metallurgical, coke-chemical, foundry, oil and fat, essential oil, woodworking, food processing, printing, light and textile industries, pulp and paper, chlorine and ammonia production, processing of plastics, polymeric materials and rubber products
- equipment and protective systems intended for operation (use) in potentially explosive environments;
- equipment with a voltage of more than 1000 V (electrical equipment of power plants and networks; technological electrical equipment)
- steam and hot water boilers with a heat output of more than 0.1 MW;
- steam and hot water pipelines with a working pressure of more than 0.05 MPa and a heating temperature above 110 °C, vessels operating under a pressure of more than 0.05 MPa, except for automobile gas cylinders that are containers for gas motor fuel
- cranes and machines, elevators, escalators, passenger conveyors, passenger suspended cable cars, funiculars, lifts and cradles for lifting workers.
