Performing an expert examination of the state of labor protection and safety of industrial production of a business entity
during the performance of high-risk work
The examination and subsequent obtaining of the Permit from the State Labor Service of Ukraine is required by Article 21 of the Law of Ukraine “On Labor Protection” and is regulated by CMU Resolution No. 1107 of 26.10.2011 (as updated). Thus, the employer must obtain a permit to perform high-risk work.
Promtest LLC will perform an examination of the company's condition for the following types of work:
- installation, dismantling, adjustment, repair, maintenance, reconstruction of machines, mechanisms, and high-risk equipment specified in Annexes 3 and 7 to the Procedure for Issuing Permits for Performing High-Risk Work and for Operating (Using) Machines, Mechanisms, and High-Risk Equipment (go to the list of equipment);
- production (manufacture), use, processing, distribution, storage, transportation, use, utilization and disposal of explosive and harmful substances of hazard class 1 and 2, flammable liquids, the mass of which is equal to or exceeds the value of the threshold mass standards defined by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 956 "On Identification and Declaration of Safety of High Risk Facilities" dated July 11, 2002 (Official Gazette of Ukraine, 2002, No. 29, p. 1357);
- blasting operations and operations related to the use of explosive energy;
- gas hazardous works and works in explosive and fire hazardous areas;
- processing of oil, hydrocarbon gases and condensate;
- Construction of main gas pipelines, oil pipelines and product pipelines (oil product pipelines, ammonia pipelines, ethylene pipelines, etc.), natural and liquefied gas supply systems;
- Works on the production of sinter, coke, ferrous and non-ferrous metal melts, rolled products, metal pipes and ferroalloys;
- Filling, draining and repair of cylinders, containers, tanks and other containers with compressed, liquefied, poisonous, explosive and inert gas;
- underground and open-pit mining operations;
- work performed with the help of mechanical lifts and construction lifts;
- construction, installation and dismantling of buildings, structures, strengthening of their emergency parts;
- logging, skidding, and transportation of timber;
- gasflame works
