Carrying out work on assessing the compliance of equipment with the requirements of technical regulations, certification with the issuance of a certificate for a management system
in a national or international system based on the results of our cooperation.
The course towards European integration remains a constant priority of Ukraine’s foreign policy, which has led to the refusal to certify products under the UkrSEPRO system until they are confirmed to be in compliance with technical regulations. Assessing the compliance of equipment and products with technical regulations is a prerequisite for entering the Ukrainian market.
The Conformity Assessment Body (CAB) of PROMTEST LLC has NAAU Accreditation Certificate No. 1O183 and Technical Regulations Notification No. UA.TR.034, which authorizes it to perform conformity assessment works with a wide range of powers.
To conduct conformity assessment of products and equipment for examination, the specialists of CAB «PROMTEST» LLC must provide a package of documents in accordance with the List.
The list of documents to be submitted by the business entity for conformity assessment of products
- application of the business entity or an equivalent document (tender application, etc.);
- a power of attorney from the head of the manufacturer or supplier to the person who will represent its interests in the expert organization;
- information about the manufacturer or supplier of the product;
- operational documents for the product (operating manual, passport, etc.);
- technical file for the product in accordance with the specified regulations.
Copies of the documents certified by the signature of the head and the seal of the business entity are provided
Specialists of the LLC «PROMTEST» will draw up a declaration of conformity with technical regulations and register it. The declaration will be assigned a registration number that contains the code of the certification body and the serial number of the declaration of conformity itself. The declaration of conformity has legal force and is valid throughout Ukraine.

PROMTEST LLC will perform works on conformity assessment to the following Technical Regulations:
- technical regulations for mobile equipment operating under pressure;
- Technical regulations for hot water boilers operating on liquid or gaseous fuel;
- technical regulations for devices operating on gaseous fuel;
- technical regulations for the safety of simple high-pressure vessels;
- Technical regulations for the safety of equipment operating under pressure;
- technical regulations for low-voltage electrical equipment;
- technical regulations on electromagnetic compatibility of equipment;
- technical regulations for the safety of machines;
- technical regulations for elevators;
- Technical regulations for equipment and protective systems intended for use in potentially explosive environments;
- technical regulations for personal protective equipment.

Departure of the specialists of the company «PROMTEST» to the place of installation or location of the equipment

Results of the survey
Based on the results of the survey, the customer (client) receives the original certificate (declaration)
