Carry out technical diagnostics and technical inspection of equipment
during the manufacture, supply, purchase, ownership, use, installation, adjustment, maintenance, repair, modernization, reconstruction or replacement of this or similar equipment
An expert examination is carried out to determine the technical condition of the equipment, to establish the possibility, feasibility, conditions and term of its further safe operation, as well as to establish the need for repair, reconstruction or decommissioning.
Expert examination is carried out:
- upon expiration of the service life
- before reconstruction;
- In the event of an accident or damage caused by a natural or man-made emergency, in order to determine the possibility of restoration;
- in case of detection of wear (mechanical or corrosion), residual deformation, cracks, other damage to components, parts or their elements exceeding the permissible values;
- in other cases, in accordance with the requirements of regulatory legal acts on labor protection or at the initiative of the customer (employer).
Promtest LLC will perform technical diagnostics of such high-risk equipment:
- Equipment related to the production (manufacture), use, processing, storage, transportation, use, disposal or neutralization of explosive and fire hazardous substances of hazard class 1 and 2, the mass of which is equal to or exceeds the threshold mass standards set by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 11, 2002, No. 956 «On Identification and Declaration of Safety of High Risk Objects» (Official Gazette of Ukraine, 2002, No. 29, p. 1357);
- Mining equipment and equipment for extraction, transportation, crushing, sorting and beneficiation of minerals and pelletizing of ores and concentrates;
- Machines, mechanisms, equipment (units, devices) used for the formation, bottling, transportation, pouring, blowing and release of liquid metal;
- Technological equipment for main gas pipelines, oil pipelines, product pipelines (oil product pipelines, ammonia pipelines, ethylene pipelines), industrial and interfield oil and gas gathering systems, oil and gas production facilities;
- Pressure equipment specified:
in the Technical Regulations for Pressure Equipment, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 27 of January 16, 2019 (Official Gazette of Ukraine, 2019, No. 9, p. 325);
in paragraph 2 of the Technical Regulations for Simple High Pressure Vessels, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1025 dated December 28, 2016 (Official Gazette of Ukraine, 2017, No. 4, article 130);
- Boilers with high-temperature organic coolant with a heat output of more than 0.1 MW;
- Cranes and machines, elevators, lifts for lifting workers, escalators and passenger conveyors, cradles for lifting workers;
- Equipment with voltage over 1000 V;
- Equipment and protective systems intended for use in potentially explosive environments are listed in Annex 1 to the Technical Regulations on Equipment and Protective Systems Intended for Use in Potentially Explosive Environments, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1055 of December 28, 2016 (Official Gazette of Ukraine, 2017, No. 8, p. 236);
- All types of machines and equipment listed in subparagraphs 1 and 2 of paragraph 2 of the Technical Regulation on Machinery Safety, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 62 of January 30, 2013 (Official Journal of Ukraine, 2013, No. 9, p.344);
- Natural and liquefied gas supply systems of business entities, as well as gas-using equipment with a capacity of more than 0.1 MW;
- Machines of specialized transshipment complexes;
- Large-capacity and other technological vehicles defined in subparagraph 1 of paragraph 2 of the Procedure for Departmental Registration and Keeping Records of Large-Capacity and Other Technological Vehicles, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 8 of January 6, 2010 (Official Gazette of Ukraine, 2010, No. 1, p. 26);
- Equipment related to the production (manufacturing), use, processing, storage, transportation, use, disposal or neutralization of explosive and hazardous substances of the 1st and 2nd hazard class, the mass of which is more than one percent of the value of the standards of threshold masses of the second class of high-risk objects, as defined by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 11, 2002 No. 956 «On Identification and Declaration of Safety of High Risk Objects» (Official Gazette of Ukraine, 2002, No. 29, p. 1357), No. 29, p. 1357), but less than its threshold value;
- Other machines, mechanisms, equipment that are not included in Group A and for which the manufacturer has established requirements for technical inspection, testing and/or expert examination (technical diagnostics);
- Mobile pressure equipment specified in subparagraph 18 of paragraph 5 of the Technical Regulations for Mobile Pressure Equipment, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 536 dated July 4, 2018 (Official Gazette of Ukraine, 2018, No. 55, p. 1921).
Upon completion of the work, the Customer receives a conclusion based on the results of the expert examination, a mark in the operational documentation for the diagnosed equipment (in the passport, form or instruction) or a corresponding act based on the results of the examination.
