The examination and subsequent obtaining of the Permit
The examination and subsequent obtaining of the Permit from the State Labor Service of Ukraine is required by Article 21 of the Law of Ukraine «On Labor Protection» and is regulated by the CMU Resolution No. 1107 dated 26.10.2011 (as amended), specifically:
technological processes, machines, mechanisms, equipment, vehicles, chemicals and their compounds and other hazardous products purchased abroad are allowed to be put into operation (used) only if they have been examined for compliance with the labor protection regulations in force in Ukraine.
