The preparation of the declaration and its subsequent registration with the territorial bodies of the State Labor Service of Ukraine is required by Article 21 of the Law of Ukraine «On Labor Protection» and is regulated by CMU Resolution No. 1107 of 26.10.2011 (as amended).
Thus, the right to perform high-risk work and operate (use) high-risk machinery, mechanisms and equipment may be acquired on the basis of a declaration of compliance of the material and technical base with the requirements of labor protection legislation.
